Shanghai ANOKY R&D Technology Center

The R&D technology center of the Shanghai headquarters, relying on the company's strategic cooperation resources, has been deeply established with well-known domestic and foreign enterprises as well as renowned universities in the fields of chemistry, chemical engineering, and textile printing and dyeing. Based on Shanghai's profound textile industry foundation and the techno-logical accumulation and information advantages of modern service industries, we will continuously provide technical support and application service solutions with the characteristics of The Times to the whole country. At present, there are an analysis and testing center, a research and development department, an application technology department and an experimental center.
They are equipped with an integrated testing instrument covering color measurement and matching, dyeing and washing, setting and fastness testing. Meanwhile, advanced international R&D and testing equipment such as liquid chromatography-mass spec-trometry (LC-MS) and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) have been introduced. This enables continuous optimi-zation of product performance based on market demands, ensuring that products always maintain high quality and stability. It has been successively awarded as the High-Performance Dyeing and Chemical Technology Innovation Center of the Textile Industry, the Shanghai Enterprise Technology Center, and the National Textile Dyeing and Chemical Product Development Base, and has been honored with the collective title of the Shanghai Youth May 4th Medal.

Yantai ANOKY R&D Technology Center

Yantai ANOKY's production base has established a research and development technology center, focusing on the research and optimization of dye intermediate synthesis processes. It has a high-quality R&D team with a reasonable gradient, solid profes-sionalism, and strong stability. It has now applied for and obtained multiple R&D patents and has been recognized as several provincial and municipal R&D innovation platforms. This includes innovative small and medium-sized enterprises in Shandong Province, Shandong Province's One-Enterprise-one-Technology Research and Development Centers, as well as Yantai City's enterprise technology centers and Yantai City's engineering laboratories, etc. Since its establishment, it has cumulatively com-pleted the synthesis process routes of more than ten dye intermediates, most of which have been industrialized. The product quality is stable and the technical indicators are reliable. On this basis, the Technology Center has continuously deepened tech-nological research and development, actively carrying out more targeted research and development work in areas such as energy conservation and consumption reduction, quality improvement and efficiency enhancement, and environmental protection governance, to promote green manufacturing and process upgrading.

The R&D & Technology Center at Dongying ANOKY Production Base is equipped with professional laboratories for quality inspection, performance analysis and technical support.Focusing on post-treatment and full-index testing of dyes, it provides solid support for quality control, process optimization and application guidance.It specializes in quality control and color-matching R&D of disperse dyes for microfibers, high-washing fastness, high alkali resistance, eco-friendly and ultra-fine eco-friendly liquid disperse dyes.It offers customized solutions and efficient processes.
The center is equipped with advanced equipment including setting machines, dyeing machines, colorimeters, viscometers, particle size analyzers, UV spectrophotometers and full-range fastness testers.Standardized processes and a professional team ensure reliable product quality and continuous innovation.It has received numerous provincial and municipal honors and R&D platform certifications, strongly supporting the company’s innovative development.

Shandong ANOKY R&D Technology Center

The R&D & Technology Center is equipped with professional laboratories for dye synthesis and quality control, supported by strong technical capabilities and advanced facilities.Covering approximately 600 square meters, the center features an integrated system for color measurement, matching, dyeing, washing, drying, setting and fastness testing. It is also equipped with advanced instruments including HPLC, GC-MS, UV analyzers and laboratory dyeing machines, enabling precise product optimization to ensure high quality and stability.
As a core platform for technological innovation and product upgrading, the center shares R&D achievements and certifications with Dongying ANOKY R&D Center.
